Middle age has snuck up on me

I was in Walmart on Saturday and decided to test my blood pressure in the machine.
It read 186/104 !!!!!
I was like wow!!!!!!
So I made a doctors appointment and got it tested today.
190/110 doctor sent me home with some pills to take and an order for blood work and another appointment for two weeks down the road.
I didn't worry about this kind of stuff when I was younger but I guess I have officially arrived at middle age.

Still clinging to my God and my guns,
Randy

Hey there, I have a blog devoted to Bible study. If you get a chance, stop by and if you like it, leave a comment.

I'll pray for your health.

In my case it was the fast food and long work hours that got me. Loose the salt, fat and get aerobic exercise. Use a bucksaw instead of a chainsaw and do physically hard work often. It can be reversed although I think marriage causes it as well. Take care and Merry Christmas.

Hi Randy...Jimmy and Candy B. on this end. I've been following your blog ever since you sent us the address to it. Randy, watch out for those docs and all their chemicals. They will kill you if you let them. The cure that God gave us in His word is still the best, I believe....FAST....Been seriously researching it for a while now. I even did a complete water only fast for a full 30 days. It was the best thing I have ever done for my health in my life. I have several really good websites
( christian, not new age). If you would like them, let me know. You have our email.

Try the natural approach if you can.

Oatmeal every morning can really help, eating at least 4 servings of fruit and veggies a day, celery seed and celery can help, increase you garlic and onion intake, B Vitamins, Vitamin C, and hiking!

Good luck hope it get better
